Volunteering for Save the Children at the Royal Parks London Half Marathon

On Sunday 9th October 2016 I had an inspiring time volunteering at the Royal Parks London half marathon for Save the Children. Over 270 runners ran to support the charity that day, raising an incredible £177,000. The Charity Village was based in Hyde Park and it was great to meet and treat so many runners and hear their tales of the half marathon. Save the Children is a far reaching charity that helped 17.5 million children in 120 different countries, including the UK, in 2015 alone. Pleased to say that they've asked me to be a part of their team for the London Marathon in 2017.
